Kerrace Alexander Journey Through Leadership: Deepening Your Connection to Spirituality and Work
Thursday March 15 12:15-1:30 pm click here to RSVP or phone: 604.685-6560
Where we are on our spiritual journey affects how we behave and how we live out our calling in the world.
When we discover our calling, we become soul leaders – and soul leadership begins with the willingness to be someone other than who the world wants us to be.
In this interactive session, you'll discover your stage of personal spiritual development and explore how this influences your values, sense of purpose and the choices you make in your life. And you will understand the ways in which people at each stage view and express their spirituality in relation to work.
How corporate cultures that embrace spirit in the workplace are moving toward appreciating and empowering inclusiveness.
Open, honest communication, and true teamwork & cooperation, instead of competition, control and fear – results is less turnover and absenteeism, greater productivity, increased profits and happier workers contributing to their organizations.
