Isabelle St-Jean unravels some ethical dilemmas from her own life, and from her award-winning anthology Einstein’s Business: Engaging Soul, Imagination and Excellence in the Workplace.
Isabelle will also explore the difference between standing "for" what we want rather than "against" what we don’t want – and provide a caution about the risk of being "divisionary" rather than "visionary" in our fervour to promote ethical values.

About our Speaker
Isabelle St-Jean is a Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner and a life-transitions coach who operates her own business called Inspired Momentum Development. Her workshops and seminars help professionals and business people to successfully navigate life transitions such as midlife, vocational change and retirement. Isabelle's background includes graduate studies in Authentic Leadership at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado.
As co-editor and co-author of a new anthology – Audacious Aging: Embracing Generative Wisdom, Leading a New Humanity – Isabelle is fostering a socio-cultural paradigm shift about aging, among baby-boomers in particular. Her own book, Living Forward Giving Back, A Guide to Passionate Fulfillment in Midlife and Beyond, is also due for publication in 2008.
