Spirit at Work presents

                         12:00-1:30pm

Applying Spirit at Work: Who, Me? ..Here? ...How?

with Eric Hellman and
Gloria McArter, Ph.D.

Having any challenges at work?

Do you experience time pressures, people conflicts, difficult decisions or spirit-less meetings? See the "ego" present in communications with others? Feel powerless to change things, or think your voice or ideas don’t matter? You're definitely not alone!

We ALL experience these conflicts – and desire what is more ideal. But we don’t often talk about them and support one another in making positive changes: Ways to feel more empowered, connected and inspired. The power of kindness and presence. The joy of service, or the wisdom of intuition. And how we can heal our relationships, workplaces (and world) from the inside out.

In this session, Gloria McArter and Eric Hellman will share how they consciously choose "spirit" at work. They'll explore reasons for using it, how to become more aware of its call, how we respond to/resist it, and practical ways to apply it in our daily work.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned journeyer, come and reflect on the presence of spirit in YOUR work. Learn and share how to deal with the daily challenges, while finding more joy, creativity, better relationships and results.
